Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  2. Once the electrician visits your location, the visiting Charge 300/- will be non-refundable; this amount gets deducted from your final product or service cost.
  3. Note: if another fault occurs in the AC, the charge is applicable on-site
  4. Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable.
  5. Advance payments (if taken for decoration or AC installation) are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.
