Services Provided

We offer:

  • General Electrician services (repair, wiring, installation, maintenance).
  • AC services, including installation, servicing, and repair.
  • TV installation
  • Light decoration services for homes, events, and functions in Ajmer.

Booking and Payments

  • All service requests must be booked through our official contact number or website.

  • Service charges will be informed before or during the booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for spare parts, urgent service, or late-night calls.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details (address, contact, service requirement).

  • Ensure safe access to the location where services are to be performed.

  • For AC installation/repair, the customer must ensure the availability of the required space and permissions.

  • For decoration services, customers must confirm booking dates in advance.

Liability & Warranty

  • We strive to provide professional and reliable service, but we are not liable for:

    • Damages caused due to misuse, poor maintenance, or pre-existing issues.

    • Warranty Details are provided on the Products.

    • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, power failure, supply issues).

  • Warranty (if applicable) is only on services provided directly by us, not on third-party parts or materials.

 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Once the electrician visits your location, the visiting Charge 300/- will be non-refundable; this amount gets deducted from your final product or service cost.
  •  Note: if another fault occurs in the AC and other electrical items, the charge is applicable on-site
  • Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable. 

  • Advance payments (if taken for decoration or AC installation) are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.

  • Safety and Compliance

  • Our team follows standard safety practices during work.

  • Customers must not ask electricians to perform tasks that are unsafe or illegal.

  • For decoration services, electrical load safety must be approved by the venue.

  • Intellectual Property

  • The content, logo, and materials on this website are owned by BABA ELECTRICIAN and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • Termination of Service
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • False information is provided.

  • Payment terms are not met.

  • Safety rules are ignored.

  • Changes to Terms
  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
